Returns Information

Thank you for shopping with By Nomad 2.0 If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of goods within 7 days of purchase. 

  • Email info@nomad20.com to contact our customer service.

  • Please confirm regarding the issue.

  • You will be guided by our customer service for the return instructions.

Important Information

  • We don't accept international returns. Please contact us in case if you receive defected items.

  • All items must be exactly as you received them with all tags still intact and must be in perfect new condition (unworn).

  • Please note that we will first check the complete condition of the returned item(s) before deciding to proceed and send the exchange item(s) thereafter.

  • Purchases are exchangeable into any item with the exact same or higher price amount.

  • All exchanges are subject to availability

  • Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us unless deemed faulty. 

  • Return is prohibited if the items have been worn, damaged or washed

  • If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using any other packaging, as long as it is sealed correctly to avoid losing the item(s).

  • Refund only applied to products with manufactory defect.

  • Photos of faulty items must first be approved by our customer care consultants before the refund can be processed.

  • Please note the refund can take up to 5 business days to be processed.

  • Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
