SHIPPING POLICY
1. FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, to almost every country in the world. At Nomad 2.0, the price you see is the price you pay.
2. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed, verified, and packed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Note: During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

Europe / UK: 7–12 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as customs inspections or local postal delays are beyond our control.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships. The tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the system.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES While we cover the shipping costs, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nomad 2.0 has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Nomad 2.0 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
